Excellent company, excellent service!! We had a repair that needed urgent attention and this company is the only company that called us back and actually cared about our problem in our home, AND fixed it! I highly recommend, and will never use another plumbing service again!

I requested service before a big snow storm. I was not a regular customer at that time. My job was simple (I thought) just to replace a battery for my sump pump. Kelco sent out a service tech. It turns out that my pump and back up pump was so jammed, it was never, ever going to work. It would have been yet another flooding nightmare if your service tech did not go the extra mile and test my pump after he set up the battery. 1) He was awesome and 2) Kelco sent someone to help me right away when I’m sure you were busy and my job was pretty small. THANK YOU. I am now a loyal customer. I have a little bungalow that always needs something done. I will be using you guys for any upcoming jobs I need done and will definitely suggest you to any neighbor or friends. I’m also a member of Angie’s list and will happily contact them with my experience.
